These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and qu777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Each player is permitted to hold exactly one qu777 account, registered in the player's own legal name with accurate contact details including a valid Bangladesh mobile number. qu777 may verify your identity at any time during the lifecycle of your account.

Player Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• qu777 reserves the right to carry out additional security and identity checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing may be suspended where qu777 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Funds remaining unused in your qu777 account for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, applied until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

qu777 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings. The following general conditions apply to all qu777 bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only. Players who have self-excluded or had their account restricted by qu777 are not eligible for bonuses.
